To sell/donate your gear with Moto Guild- Even if it is a donation, all gear must be vetted, since even throwing things away can cost QUITE a bit of time and money! If you are concerned your gear will not be accepted, be sure to make an appointment to have it looked at and/or to follow the directions below so we can decide if it will be accepted for sale or not:
-
Fill out this form. Describe the gear in as much detail as possible on the form, especially if there are separate pieces such as liners. If it is easier to fill the form out in excel or some other spreadsheet, that is even better, as long as all of the columns in our form are filled out and in the same order
-
So as not to ruin your items, use painter’s tape to label all of your items with the first initial of your first name plus the first initial of your last name and the last 3 digits of your phone number

Even if you are only dropping off one item, be sure to CLEARLY LABLE liners and ALLother parts of your item(s) that can easily(or not) be separated from each other. Add not only the item number but also ‘1 of 3’, etc., to the label(s) so it is easy to know which item goes with which, as well as who is selling it. While most of the customers that try on our consignment items are very well meaning, unfortunately no matter how well meaning they are, it is very easy to lose track of which liners go to which jacket, etc., when trying many items on. Especially since we often have many items that are identical or almost identical to each other(especially on paper), and those items that all look like each other are of course what one customer will be trying to decide between. Having your items very clearly labeled is the ONLY way to be sure your item(s) retain all of the pieces that go with them. If you do not have painter’s tape you can add the painter’s tape labels to your items at Moto Guild when you drop them off. Do NOT use post its instead of painters tape, since post its do NOT stay affixed, especially to anything that is not paper/flat!

If you have many items and/or you are selling items that have a very similar in description, number each item and add the item to your label

We are in the process of uploading pictures and descriptions of all of the consignment gear we have for sale onto our website. To add your items(s) to our website ASAP also email us with:
